Job Discription:
•Source, evaluate and interview IT candidates for all levels of talent spanning multiple skills within the technology arena especially FINANCIAL DOMAIN.
•Use applicant tracking database, Internet recruiting databases, networking events and job boards to identify qualified candidates Coordinate interviews with sales team and clients.
•Salary negotiation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Develop and maintain inventory of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Fresh Graduate may be considered for a Trainee Technical Recruiter positions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with business team
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
