New out of the system requirement for BMC Software. I just talked to Chip Legarde- one of the IT Service Managers that I was cold calling on and as luck would have it they have a pressing need right now for a MySQL Expert level DB consultant to come in and do some tuning/optimization work for 2 weeks or so. They are having issues with an enterprise level application- and the business is starting to give them heat over. Price is really not an issue here, as they just need the work done ASAP and taken care of the right way. Resource will interview with a few folks from his team and then start on project.
**This weekend they are upgrading to the most recent version of MySQL**
Requirements:
-Expert Level MySQL database administration
-Expert Level MySQL database technology
-Ability to conduct performance analysis, tuning & query optimization of client's database and recommend alterations to database to improve performance
-Client runs MySql on VmWare in their environment- so it is virtualized
We have limited competition on this- Again- money is not an object here- so if your person is expensive don't hold back. Let's find someone local please.
