Title: Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Duration: 6 – 9+ months
Location: Seattle, WA
Job Description:
Will report to: Information Security and Compliance Officer
Indirect / virtual report to: Enterprise PMO Director
Role Responsibilities
· Lead process effort to re-define, document, implement and help execute identity and access management business process
· Provide leadership and guidance for IAM product selection, implementation and business process re-engineering
· Provide advisory and leadership role necessary to communicate, educate and implement appropriate identity and access management industry standards for banking client in Seattle, WA
· Work with business partners and project team on business requirements, IAM product selection and implementation
· Communicate with all levels of Bank stakeholders, including security, audit, risk and compliance as it relates to identity, access and security standards
· Work with project manager to develop, or assist in the development of, detailed project schedules, change control plans, risk mitigation plans and other applicable documentation as required by the PMLC/SDLC standards
· Create executive-level presentations for stakeholder communications
· Lead the effort to define and implement role-based access management system and process
Role Requirements
· 8-10 years proven direct experience implementing identity access and/or provision, authentication protocols
· Proven experience implementing identity management and security solutions
· Proven experience implementing access controls
· Advanced degree in technology, computer sciences / information systems
· Experience implementing COTS solutions, specifically Cyber-Ark
· Proven experience working with vendors
· 4-5 years of senior business analyst experience
· Experience with the following methodologies/frameworks: SSPI, SSL, RBAC, ADFS, PKI, HTTP authentication
Nice to Have
Big-4 consulting experience
CISSP certification
Financial or banking experience
RFI, RFP experience
