Test Lead/QA
eLN project has an immediate need for a Test Lead/QA Oversight for a 3-6 month engagement beginning Sept 2011. Candidates should have experience in IT System risk-based validation, GMP & IPRM validation, ELC lifecycle, good documentation practices, pharmaceutical industry, and electronic notebook systems. The individual will be based on-shore at Pfizer Groton campus, joining an existing global team.
Test Lead serves to ensure that computerized systems tested and validated in accordance with corporate, regulatory & IT standards. Works closely with project managers, teams and associated Business QA groups to ensure ELC Test deliverables confirm the requirements and meet business needs. Experienced with Risk based validation models and how to execute testing against them. Tasks include authoring and revising Test Plan, Test Scripts, post-execution script review, Trace matrixes, test deviation reports, and Test Summary Reports. Ensures testing conformance to system change menagement procedures. Tasks also include contributing to implementation and post implementation planning and monitoring to support effective quality control and change management practices. Excellent communication skills are required, capable of performing effectively within a project team, directing a testers, or with minimal supervision.
