Description:

Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements. Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.

Create and document processes and procedures for our Call Center for error resolution/disputes for our Dodd Frank project. The resource needs to have an understanding of how to write and document processes for Call Center resources and regulatory agencies

Agile Experience

Must provide samples of BRD and UML

 

Required Skills:

Communication skills to be able to interview the Call Center team and translate the requirements into processes.

Lead collaborative workshops that include corporate executives, process owners, and subject matter experts in process discovery activities such as process identification and inventory, process assessment, process discovery and process analysis.

Maintain project documentation and develop presentations for communication

Write process documentation. Organize process documentation. Present process documentation to Call Center executives and Legal.

Understanding of call center workflows and requirements and translate them into viable processes that can be used for regulatory/audit purposes.

Team player, organized, able to analyze and translate requirements to processes.

Financial background or Credit Card background. (nice to have)

Knowledge of regulatory environments to meet compliance requirements.
