Interview process:
1 – Resume review, LinkedIn check, verify previous submittal. (All resumes MUST have full legal names, phone and email on the resume)
2 – Prescreen call by me
7 years of QA Automation experience. Expert knowledge in SDET practices
Senior level - API – UI experience. Hands on API/UI automation
5 + years of - Hands on API/UI automation
Expert knowledge in SDET practices: (minimum of 5 yrs of working experience)
· Automation (minimum of 5 years that can be documented)
· Selenium - Selenium scripting/UI automation using Selenium
· Mobile automation skills
· Experience with Webservice testing
· TestNG/Junit
· Maven (3-5 yrs of experience)
· Java
· Jenkins
3 – Two ProKarma internal technical screens done by Skype – they MUST have a Skype ID and you will see where to note it on the submittal table
4 – Submittal to the account manager – they will review the submittal, tech results and confirm that the submittal table is complete
5 – Submittal to the hiring manager. Interviews will be as they request. Usually an initial phone screen, then an in person if they are local. If not there will be some type of interactive interview where they can demonstrate their skills during the interview. Sometimes they request a team interview. It depends on the client
