Job Description:

Technical – Use Cases, Testing, Requirement gathering, SAP CRM

Soft – Organized, Self-starter, strong oral and written communication, roll with the punches

 

This role will be focusing on a SAP CRM implementation. They are moving to this for their membership system. We are 1 of 2 agencies on this. He wants our top 2-3 candidates.  This person will be a true BA focusing on UAT, Requirements and use cases. Retail experience is ideal and especially within stores/clubs.

 

MUST HAVES:

·         SAP CRM

·         Retail

·         Requirement Gathering

·         UAT

·         Use Cases

 

PLUSES:

·         Retail experience within clubs or stores
