Job Title:                        Netsuite Admin/Developer

Location:                         San Francisco, CA

Duration:                        12+ Months/Contract

Interview:Phone and Face 2 Face

Responsibilities

·         Develop technical solutions to complex business problems

·         Plan and execute configurations and customizations of NetSuite and related technologies as needed

·         Ensure consistency through procedures, workflows and user guides

·         Satisfy documentation requirements to support prepare for SOX

·         Maintain the NetSuite application for cross-functional stakeholders

·         Research system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions

·         Provide front-line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity

·         Contribute to Release Preview business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades

·         Support business financial processes, including but not limited to; Accounting, AR, AP, etc.

o    Advanced Revenue Recognition

o    Accounts Payable

o    Accounts Receivable

o    General Ledger

o    Sales Orders

o    Purchase Orders

o    Fixed Asset

Requirements

·         NetSuite administration and customization experience required

·         NetSuite Administrator and SuiteScript Certified a big plus

·         Experience with NetSuite implementation or migration

·         Experience with forms customization

·         Experience integrating NetSuite and Salesforce with Boomi a big plus

·         Bachelor's degree or higher
