Very good programming & Debugging skills with Java/J2EE, PL-SQL and Unix Knowledge
- Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills required for Production Support
- Experience in production support is a must ( L2 and L3 support )
- Ability to turnaround to defects as per SLA / KPI
- Good appreciation of ITIL Process
- Experience in Banking / Cards domain is a definite plus
