JOB DESCRIPTION

Tech Lead (Over all Order to Provision)- Hands on Solid Engineer with Java, J2EE,WebService,JSON REST API, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, Angular JS, Integration & Messaging(ESB), ORM, RDBMS, Mongo DB, BRM, Application Servers ( Tomcat), ELK, 
Delivery methodology - Agile, Dev best practices; Continous Delivery, GIT/Jenkins, Junit, BigData, BI Analytics

Right attitude, ability to take accountability, feeling a sense of pride in the work done are table stakes 

Evaluation Dimension:
Attitude: Doesn’t give up easily and is persistent.
PL SQL: ability to work on complex queries.
Java:Basic. thorough understanding of concepts.
Design patterns: experience in deploying
Spring boot: experience in delivery
Microservices: understanding, experience a plus
Restful services: Experience and thorough understanding of concepts.

Best Practices:
TDD\Unit testing: Basic
ELK: Understanding
