Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have	1.       Excellent knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Server 10.x (JavaScript API), Dojo 2.       Experience in Dot Net (C#) 2012/2013 3.       Good Communication Skills
Good-to-Have	1.       Oracle 11g knowledge 2.       HTML5 and CSS knowledge 3.       ESRI ArcGIS and ArcFM Server 4.      Experience in large size GIS project implementation (Web GIS Application)

 

Serial	Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1	Responsible for development work in ArcGIS Server JavaScript API
2	Provide solution to technical and performance issues related to AGS based web application
3	Coordinate between offshore and onsite technical team
4	Provides guidance to technical team in project – build, implementation and testing
5	Ensure business requirements are met through correct GUI design and implementation as per AMD style
