OpenSource Developer / Linux Engineer
We are looking for a Guru – an SME within Linux and the Opensource space. Do you have a keen eye for all things Linux? Is your head constantly "in the Cloud"?? If so, this role may just be for you. It entails building the physical and logical aspect of the cloud, implementing all modules related to the cloud platform. These include Openstack services like Horizon, Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Ceilometer, Glance, Heat, Cinder/Swift, Ceph. We'll need you to write script to automate the deployment of the environment to work within Maintenance Engineering on the initial build of the Virtual Cloud Platform and to test the deployment of all virtual network functions to validate acceptance. You really should be an SME in this space with expertise with Openstack, KVM, RHEL Director and Cloud architecture – all this is required.

Experience with the following Technologies:
· Cloud Architecture & Virtualization (KVM)
· NFVi, Resource Orchestration
· Python, bash, JSON, YAML, REST, Ansible QCOW2, RAW images
· Openstack: RHEL Director
· Openstack services: Horizon, Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Ceilometer, Glance, Heat, Cinder/Swift, Ceph
Project/Tenant creation
Red Hat Tools/Experience (MUST HAVE):
· Red Hat Linux
· Red Hat Satellite Server
· Automated Installations
· Strong problem solving skills
Network Troubleshooting:
· TCP/IP, Routing and OSI 7-layer protocol (Specifically L1, L2, L3)
Couple other notes:
Almost a Linux Admin/Architect role (must have STRONG ability) as well as CLOUD and Openstack.
MUST have at least two of the following: Nova, Horizon, Keystone, Glance, Heat Ceph
MUST have RHEL – (Red Hat Linux Engineering) experience.
