Self-direction in producing assignments with little direct supervision and minimal guidance	Required	7 Years
Development of testing scenarios, assisting end-users in the execution of testing scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing	Required	7 Years
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint	Required	7 Years
Creativity in determining best practice to conduct in-depth research to ensure all business rules and statutes are captured	Required	7 Years
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills	Required	7 Years
