Requirement:

·         Agile as well as Waterfall experience

·         Strong product management experience in addition to BA skills.

·         Must be proactive in dealing with product management and lead project team in absence of product   Management's direct involvement

·         Someone who is able to work with a product manager in defining product vision when necessary

·         Definitely a self-starter who does not have to be supervised in order to produce results

·         Will trade a technology-heavy systems analyst for a great communicator who is able to elicit requirements in "plain English" any day of the week

·         Intelligent

·         Not afraid to stand up and tell people his opinion
