Role                       :               Technical Lead Java Developer

Location               :              San Leandro, CA

Job Requirement

·         5+ Years of IT industry experience including experience in North American based software development work

·         Function as the single point of contact for Client on the assigned Project work for both onsite and offshore teams

·         Ability to Liaise with different client support groups (QA, Dev OPS etc) to ensure successful delivery of the project

·         3 years of experience in leading a team

·         Experience in working with offshore development teams

·         Expert in Spring and Struts framework

·         Good knowledge of the software product development lifecycle and the process tools

·         Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks

·         Sound communication skills with good command of written and spoken English

·         Able to identify issues and risks to the project delivery milestones and take remedial action

·         Sound time management skills

·         Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions

·         Sound interpersonal and team working skills

·         Ability to take on multiple assignments

·         Good problem solving skills

 

Optional

·         Certification Java based platforms preferred

·         Worked on Struts to Spring Migration project previously
