Position: Angular JS or UI UX Front End Developer
Location: Onsite in Silver Springs MD, but the person can work a couple days per week remotely
Duration : 6 months+

This just came in today, I have an urgent need for a Front End - Angular JS (Java Script) Developer. Strong UI/UX skills and must have Angular JS skills. 5 + years experience. US Citizen preferred but they will consider a Green Card Holder. Onsite in Silver Springs MD, but the person can work a couple days per week remotely. The person has to be seasoned enough to reverse engineer and undocumented system. They will be revamping the system adding visualization and graphics etc. Strong communication skills are required.
One of the nation's top tier consulting firms, our client has been featured in the top 10 list of the most admired companies in the world by the Fortune magazine. They are searching for an Angular JavaScript UI/UX Front End Developer. This is a challenging position on a Federal project located in Silver Spring, MD, building a user-friendly Computational Science system to improve processes by integrating data and technology. This position has some remote opportunity.
Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must hold a valid Green Card, and be able to pass the client's clearance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop User Interface Requirements for the data repository
Lead User Experience sessions with client to design and develop technical solutions
Analyze data, interpret and present findings
Interact with team for application enhancement and support
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Angular JavaScript
- 3+ years of front-end UI/UX development experience
- Experience with JavaScript Frameworks
- Strong experience in Angular JS, JSON, Bootstrap, HTML and CSS
- Working knowledge of D3.js
