I am Vamshi, a Technical Recruiter with Next Level Business Services, Inc., one of the fastest growing IT staffing and services firm in the nation specializing in staff augmentation for end to end Enterprise IT Solutions. I am trying to fill up a consulting position for one of our major clients for an important project. More about the project details are given below:
Requirement 1: Product Configuration - Insurity Policy Decisions
Philadelphia PA
Qualification:
· Minimum of 5+ years of hands on experience with Insurity Policy Decisions / Claims Decisions development as a Lead with at least two to three end-to-end product implementations
· 4+ years of experience leading and managing onshore / offshore development teams (20+ in size) for one or multiple Insurity product implementations.
· 5+ years of experience in Insurity Software Suite of applications.
· 10+ years of IT industry experience especially around US Markets
· Extensive experience and knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance domain
· Excellent communication & analytical skills of understanding an insurance company IT & business landscape
· Deep driven experience on gathering customer requirements and being able to do a product fitment analysis
· Knowledge and experience of using Insurity accelerators
· Experience with Agile methodology and tooling (TFS, Rally, JIRA, etc.) in a product owner / implementation track lead capacity preferred
Responsibility:
· Lead/support business requirements phase and guide customer level meetings & interactions
· Create high level scope and estimates for product configuration & implementation
· Ability to visualize the data integration landscape with standard out of box interfaces in the US market
· Ability to lead independently on large commercial insurance line implementations for large Tier customers
· Participate and drive design workshops from Insurity product standpoint
· Communicate with business analysts to interpret, clarify and plan for the implementation of business requirements
· Create High level solution documents
· Experience in working with test management tools like ALM & defect management tools – JIRA for instance.
· Enhance, Implement and ensure adherence to standard product implementation guidelines and best practices in the project from prior engagements
· Exposure of working with different modes of integration needed (ESB, Peer to Peer, Batch, MQ, JMS etc.)
Requirement 2: Product integration - Insurity Policy Decisions
Qualification:
· Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Insurity Insurance Enterprise View integration development as a Technical Lead with at least two or three end-to-end Insurity implementations
· Experience in developing IEV & SDI integration mechanism to visualize the integration landscape for two or more large insurance implementations
· 4+ years of experience leading and managing onshore / offshore development teams (20+ in size)
· 5+ years of experience in Insurity Software Suite of applications.
· 10+ years of .NET development experience & MS SQL Server
· Ability to visualize the data integration landscape with standard out of box interfaces in the US market
· Ability to have integrated and past experience of working in Insurity across varied commercial lines such as Umbrella, Auto, Property, Liability, Workers Comp, Specialty lines, Business owners, et
· Experience in working with projects around development of Business Intelligence solutions, operational data extract & reporting / data marts / analytics
· Experience of leading requirements & design phase for Insurity implementation preferred
· Knowledge and experience of using Insurity accelerators
· Experience of working with different modes of integration needed (ESB, Peer to Peer, Batch, MQ, JMS etc.)
· Hands on experience with web service development
· Experience with Agile methodology and tooling (TFS, Rally, JIRA, etc.) in a technical owner / development track lead capacity preferred
Responsibility:
· Lead/support design phase
· Create high level scope and estimates for design phase
· Participate and drive design workshops from integration standpoint
· Communicate with business analysts to interpret, clarify and plan for the implementation of integration touch points
· Create High level solution documents
· Ability to visualize the integration landscape with standard out of box interfaces in the US market
· Experience in providing data flow movements between Insurity and other third party systems
· Ability to visualize entity relationship diagram with typical enterprise IT view
· Implementation of integration patterns
· Enhance, Implement and ensure adherence to Coding guidelines and best practices in the project
