Job Details:
Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)
1.Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework
2. Tools hands-on knowledge esp JIRA/Rally etc
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1.Good communication skills.
2.Facilitation skills, and conflict resolution
Desired years of experience:
Experience playing the role of SM for at least 3 years.
Education/ Certifications (Required): CSM or SAFe-certification
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. First Level Coach, mentor and facilitator for the Scrum Team in Process and Methodology
2. Providing all the support to the team using servant leadership style
3. Supporting and educating the Product Owner in grooming and maintaining the product Backlog
