Title: Application Engineer III (MUST HAVE EXPERIRNCE WITH PAYPAL)
Location: Timonium, MD.
Duration: 11 month contract
Local Candidates highly preferred.
Application Engineer rate: $40/hour on C2C
Work Status: GC, GC -EAD, Citizen or TN Visa, H1 B (No OPT)
· Description: Previous PayPal experience is a must.
- 7+ years of experience in release engineering
- Execute the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Refines the process to prevent recurrence of issues identified during deployment/release delivery process.
- Takes the necessary steps to adjust/refine the processes based on the encountered issues improving the overall quality and delivery.
- Demonstrated strength on documentation to drive process consistency
- Experience or familiarity with
§ Continuous Integration tool sets: Fusion, Jenkins etc.
§ Other Tools: Git, Artifactory, SVN npm, nix
§ Scripting: Shell, Python etc.
§ Containers: Docker
§ Technologies: Java, Node.js, Linux
§ Automation tools: Puppet etc
- Configuration management experience
- Experience with source code change management and branching (Release build management)
- Basic Database Administration skills."
