• This requirement is for Proficy MES Configuration & development to work on projects.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry, preferably MES operations tracking application configuration experience
• Implementation, development and support for Proficy MES solutions
• Experience in Proficy Plant Applications, Proficy for Discrete Manufacturing, Proficy Historian, Proficy iFIX, Proficy Cimplicity, OPC Server.
• Plant Applications – Production, Efficiency, Quality and Batch – Development and support
• Proficy Workflow – Overview, Knowledge on Integration with ERP
• SQL – good experience on Stored Procedures
• Development experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, C# programming, Entity Framework, SQL database, Javascript and SOA technologies Platforms, Environments, Tools
Required to have worked in and/or used:
• Proficy Plant Applications
• Proficy for Discrete Manufacturing
• Proficy Historian
• Microsoft Visual Studio, C#.NET
• Windows Server 2012 or higher
• SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher
• Tortoise SVN latest build
Subject Matter Expertise
Desirable:
•Strong exposure to MES technologies, including automated data collection, visualization, quality and efficiency in manufacturing, SCADA, automated decision control, workflow, database applications, scheduling, and interface to ERP systems
• Experience with various types of manufacturing including, engineer to order, make to stock, and make to order processes for both discrete and process industries.
• Exposure to industry standard data models, such as S95, and key MES functions as defined by MESA
Specialized/Practical Knowledge
• Experience in requirement analysis and creating solutions that aligns with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards
• Proficy Plant Applications / Proficy for Discrete Manufacturing out-of-the-box configuration based on the customer requirements
• Exposure to Industrial Automation, MES, SCADA & PLC
• Required skills - GE Proficy MES software, Historian
• C#.NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, Javascript, MS SQL Server
