Location : Massachusetts(MA), MAINE(ME), North Hemisphere(NH), Vermont(VT), Connecticut(CT), Rhode Island (RI)

Duration : 6+ Months

Job Description:

• Possess Web-based Technology knowledge (XML, HTML)
  
• Perform Support activities
  
• Capture requirements, project lead, Technical lead
  
• Cloud & Web-Service experience is critical RPC, XML
  
• Support Integration activity  
  
• Assist in Cloud migration of AS-400 modules  
  
• Knowledge of DB2 database
  
• Foxboro, Massachusetts based resource will be excellent, if available
  
• Coordinate & manage day to day break-fix, ticket volume reduction activity by this lead role
  
• Preventive fix, diagnosis, reduce the ticket & users calls count
  
• Write up the scope, requirements for Client's developer team 
  
• Optimize the AS-400 environment by pro-active fixes
  
• Working with Ray Courtois (IT Apps Director) & coordinate the Web design migration & provide the support as needed
  
• 40-50 tickets per day on AS-400 are received
  
• Small enhancements coordination
  
• Size of release – a few program changes
  
• 1 release per 2 weeks are put in production
