Must Have Skills

1. Avaya Communication Manger Core (ACM)
2. Avaya OneX Portal
3. Avaya Session Manager (ASM)

Nice to have skills 
1. Nice voice logger
2. Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide L2 support activities for Telecom infrastructure components from multiple vendors.
2. Extending required support for upcoming projects, provide necessary inputs and perform activities for its designimplementationdocumentation for bringing it under our purview.
3. Working on incident, change, problem Management processes as defined by client.
