About the position
When the feedback is "This UI is too nice for our users", we must be doing something right!
It is only by understanding how your CRM application is used today can you make the right decisions for the future.
We start any UX project by fully understanding how the system is currently being used. By using 'Big Data', some clever data mining algorithms and some major number crunching we know how your application is actually being used.
We call it 'Backed by Fact' and it gives us some crucial information before we start interviewing users, mapping user journeys or designing new processes.

Computer Science degree or equivalent
3-5 years of industry experience in developing
