Description:
This position will gather specification, design reports and conduct analysis for the migration of Community Memorial Heath's (CMH) registration, scheduling and EMR systems. The qualified candidate will serve as a leader for the Enterprise Analytics team in developing a strong, robust analytics program for CMH. Strong analytic skills will be required to build reports that meet the needs of a diverse user base with a focus on clinical, financial and operational measures. A background in healthcare analytics will be extremely helpful. This information technology professional must demonstrate a strong mix of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The qualified candidate must be able to work autonomously and to prioritize multiple tasks.
Required Skills:
Extensive knowledge of the Cognos business intelligence reporting system
Advanced to Expert Level SQL Skills
Ability to navigate and leverage Cerner data model
Ability to interpret and communicate complex specifications and architectural strategy to senior management, physicians, health care administrative personnel and billing office staff
Preferred Skills
Background in Healthcare Analytics
Knowledge of database management systems, data modeling/ETL software
Software Experience:
Cognos BI Suite, Tableau, Oracle, IBM Infoshpere, Toad, SQL Developer, MS Office Suite with Excel expertise
Note: We are working with Tier-1 vendor requirement.
