Job Location: The Woodlands, TX

Duration: 6+Months

Mode of Interview: Phone then Skype

 

One should be SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) / SPC4 certified and has SAP and Financial Applications experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced Scrum Certified Team Coach to help lead a Scaled Agile Transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in a Financial Applications team. Successful job candidate will:

• Help start up a successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program

• Lead a (SAFe) program as an experienced Release Train Engineer

• Lead Program Increment Big Room Planning Events for a global organization

• Train Scrum Masters and Product owners across multiple Scrum Teams

• Help develop stewardship metrics to make value deliver visible to management and business stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience

• Must have 5+ Years Agile Team Participation and Coaching Experience

• Knowledge of and experience with Scrum

• Knowledge of and experience with Kanban

• Knowledge of and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.0)

• Knowledge of and experience utilizing Agile Frameworks within a project

• Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project

• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile Work Planning

Required Certifications / Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

• Certified SAFe Agilist

• Knowledge of Financial Accounting Processes

• Knowledge of and experience with SAP
