Position will move fast
Functional implementation knowledge of 9.2 PeopleSoft Billing, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management:
o Experience in developing 9.2 Fluid Homepages
o Experience in developing 9.2 module specific Tiles
o Experience with Billing and Accounts Receivable Module integration with Grants and Project Costing
o Experience and knowledge working with the processes for Cost Collection to Billing to Accounts Receivable
o Experience with Cash Management Module as it relates to bank setup and reconciliation rules
Governmental Experience would be ideal
· Solid understanding of module setup tables, reporting and overall integration
· Experience with configuration of PeopleSoft 9.1 to prepare for upgrade to 9.2
Testing
o Prepare and run test scripts
Documentation
o Document Configuration to include explanations of setup
o Document Back Office Procedures – processes and reports that the staff will need to run
Consulting Skills:
· Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, team members and management
· Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
· Builds confidence and trust with customers
· Displays effective analytical skills
Leadership Skills:
· Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
· Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
