Hiring for Oracle DBA Level 3 for Edgewater Park, NJ | Face to Face Interview

Role                       :               Oracle DBA Level 3

Location               :               Edgewater Park, NJ

Duration              :               6+ Months

Interview            :               Phone then Face to Face   

Education:

·         Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years' experience as Oracle DBA.

·         In lieu of Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience working as an Oracle Database Administrator, will accept 5 years plus of experience in Oracle Database Server Management or combination of education and experience.

 

Licenses/Certification/Registration:  None

 

Experience:  4+ years of relevant work experience

 

Skills and Abilities: 

·         Expertise with Oracle Enterprise RDBMS 11g, including RAC and ASM.

·         Understanding Oracle 10g 

·         Understanding Oracle 12C(is plus but not mandatory)

·         Experience working with Linux or similar enterprise systems.

·         Experience writing SQL and UNIX shell scripting.

·         Preferred if they know Virtualization technology(Not mandatory)

·         Expertise with Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring, alerts and backups.(Strongly Preferred)

·         Performance Enhancements with Oracle Databases.(Preferred but not mandatory)
