Position: IT Project Manager with Aprimo and Workforce Exp.
Location: Wilmington, DE (Face to Face Interview)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Rate: $55/hr.
Interview: Face to Face
Our client, located in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Digital Product Marketing Manager with a minimum of 6 years of related experience, preferably in the banking/credit card industry, performing end-to-end implementation of features/systems/functionalities from business requirements to launch.
Experience and/or exposure to WorkForce or Aprimo MRM tool strongly preferred.
Primary responsibilities include
• The implementation of new functionalities and maintenance of existing marketing copy review tool
• Own the definition and collection of business requirements of various features and builds
• Manage the build, testing and rollout of new features
• Build reporting functionalities and produce reports regularly
• Manage licenses, access types, onboarding new users
• Compile training materials, help with training
• Maintain application policy and procedures document and any other controls related document.
• Trouble shooting
Additional skills include:
• Prior Project Managment and/or Business Analyst responsibilities.
• Experience working with both business and technology
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint
