Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced UI Development consultant with a broad understanding of UI Integration, industry best practices, performance and design considerations, and overall application implementation knowledge within the e-commerce field. Will operate independently and as part of a team to provide quality input and deliverables for client engagements.

 

Specific duties may include:

• Bridge the gap between UI Developers and

• • Utilize JavaScript (Ajax, JSON, REST) and develop in semantic HTML. Other development will include CSS for UI features.

 

Requirements:

• 8+ years relevant experience

• Server-side JSP development and server-side logic

• JSTL (c tags, dsp tags) • JavaScript, developing from scratch and abiding by JavaScript best-practices, developing optimal and reusable JavaScript (AMP, RequireJS)

• Ajax, JSON, REST, Web Services

• MVVM architectures and UI Abstraction and familiarity with supporting libraries and frameworks (Backbone, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, etc.)

• Cross-browser web development (IE9, 10, 11, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iPad, iPhone, Android)

• Iterative (Agile) development environment Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
