Role: Systems Support Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Duration:  6+ months

 

Experience with Skype for Business required.

 

Primary Duties include:

·         Insure Skype disaster recovery plans are current and uploaded to DR system

·         Work with Skype SMEs to obtain a thorough knowledge of the Skype environment

·         Coordinate with the DR team EUCO coverage for all Skype DR events

·         Work with EUCO DR team to ensure 100% compliance of the Skype environment

·         Work with Product ITAO to ensure that all Skype hardware is tested each year.

 

Secondary Duties include:

·         Perform proactive monitoring of the Skype environment

·         Address concerns in the Skype environment before they become issues

·         Obtain an advanced knowledge of the DB DR Process

 

Work Experience Background   

·         5+ years of experience with disaster recovery operations

 

Job Specific Skills           

·         Experience with disaster recovery in a Global organization

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Excellent communication skills
