Role: Help Desk

Duration: 6 (Months)

Location:  Dallas TX 75202

Interview: Phone & In person (Face to Face), No Skype

Job Description:         All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the DART.  DART may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. DART will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s).

? Service performance and availability monitoring

? Active Directory account creation

? Data backup and

? Desktop software installs

? Emergency notifications and escalations

? Troubleshoots end-user hardware and software related issues

? Provides superior customer service

? Remote Desktop Support.

? Answer Service Desk/Help Desk calls

? Working service tickets

? Other Technical duties as assigned

Interview:  Phone and in person, no skype.

Other Special Requirements: May require travel to other locations.  Transportation will be provided.

3                      Demonstrated Problem-Solving and solution development skills and the ability to explain problems and propose solutions with rationale to management

3                      Strong electro-mechanical aptitude

3                      Experience using logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

3                      Experience finding hidden problems

Certification  A+

Certification  MCP or MCAS or MOS certification

Strong            Strong at honest analysis, and finding hidden answers to problems.

Strong            Strong customer service communication skills
