Job Description:

Essential Skills:

Remedy configuration and customization with experience in Remedy Asset Management BMC Remedy Developer

1. BMC Remedy Action Request System v7.6+ - Development and Integration

2.ITSM Suite v7.6+ (Service Desk, Change & Release Management, SLM, Asset Management, SRMS, Software Lifecycle Management), Knowledge Management, Atrium CMDB 8.x, Atrium Integrator.

3. Out-of-the box and third-party integration with BMC Remedy tools, web services and APIs

4. Implementation Knowledge of Change Management using BMC Remedy ARS v7.x, v8.x From Scratch Implementation of any of the ITIL Service Strategy or Service Operation Process using BMC Remedy ARS v7.x, v8.x

Role Description:

·         Remedy configuration and customization with experience in Remedy Asset Management

·         Implementation - BMC ARS 8.x, ITSM Suite 7.X, SLM 7.X, Remedy Migrator, Web services, APIs and Plug-ins, Remedy Developer Studio. Knowledge of SRM 8.x, Knowledge Management 8.x, Atrium CMDB 8.x, BMC ADDM

·         Remedy Workflow customizations using Developer Studio

·         ITIL Framework concepts

·         Propose and implement architecture of Custom integrations

·         Configure and work on Remedy Server-group environment

·         Work on overlay concept

·         Configuration and Release Management

·         ITSM integration with other remedy & web service integration.

·         Installing, configuring and applying patches to BMC Remedy ARS, mid-tier, ITSM, SRM, and Atrium CMDB

·         Performance tuning and troubleshooting BMC Remedy AR Server issues

·         Mid-tier and troubleshoot issues with load balancer

·          Customer interaction.

Desirable Skills:

·         Remedy Upgrade & SOAP UI will be an advantage

·         Good time management skills

·         Ability to work together with and lead a small team

·         Ability to understand and decipher customer needs should be self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Good verbal and written communication skills.
