Job Title : Configuration Manager
Location : Charlotte, NC
Duration : 9+ months
Rate : $40/Hr
Job Specifications:
Minimum 4 year BS/BA or equivalent college degree
5+ ITIL Asset and Configuration Management Experience
Prior experience defining Software Development Requirements and Technical Solutions
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to convey abstract concepts in simple terms and to structure and organize material for ease of use
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work directly with the business users on different levels
Ability to work in team environment and independently and to evaluate and set priorities as work is in progress.
Thorough understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle methodology
Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working in the financial services industry
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
IT Service Management
Participation in cross organizational projects and initiatives
Business Process Risk Modeling experience
