This job function is responsible for custom development and maintenance of engineering projects in Mainframes ChangeMan for a clients portfolio and will require to leading a team through software development and support lifecycle. The candidate must be able to quickly learn the current business processes, systems and work across multiple enterprise stakeholders and be an excellent team player. Must Have Skills:
1. ChangeMan
2. Rexx
3. CLIST
Nice to have skills:
1. COBOL
2. DB2
Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years
Education/ Certifications (Required): Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required
Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. This job function is responsible for custom development and maintenance of engineering projects in Mainframes ChangeMan for a clients portfolio.
2. To lead a team through software development and support lifecycle.
3. The candidate will also serve as a coach and mentor to junior team members.
