HP SM Functional
HP SM Upgrade
HP SM SP

Job Description:-
The person should have experience with HP SM 9.4x andor HP SM 9.5x of HP Service Manager application. Should have experience in providing technical guidance to the customer on the newer functionalities in HP SM 9.5x and provide implementation plan for them. Experience with SMSP  Service Manager Service Portal  would be desirable.Must have worked in Process Designer to configure SM 9.49.5 application. Experience with installing HP SM in a complex environment is beneficial.
