We are looking for Planview system administrator to support business needs and strategy to enable solutions through Planview. The position consults with management and users to determine business needs and requests. This role is responsible for management of application configuration activities, upgrades and testing required as well as any maintenance activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role as Planview system admin;
- Good communication and consulting skills, ability to work in a team and as an individual;
Desired skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field;
- Previous experience with Planview in a system administrator role;
- Ability to interact with end-users at all levels within the organization;
- Experience with applications such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Microsoft full suite) and PlanView or similar corporate level project management tools;
- Knowledgeable about SQL Server databases;
- Familiar with IIS configuration and management;
- Familiar with configuration management (SVN);
- Familiar with .Net framework and other computer languages;
- Ability to foster a good working relationship with developers, customers and project managers;
- Ability to ensure system is running at optimal performance and any issues are quickly addressed
- Provide support to internal users with system questions; recommends solutions in response to customer questions.
