Title:                     Python Software Engineer

Location:             Mountain View, CA

Duration:             6 Months (Contract to hire)

 

Responsibilities

•                    Work on an internal client-server application that supports release processes

•                    Develop new features, fix known bugs

•                    Support teams that use the application

•                    Collaborate with the customer

 

Requirements

•                    Strong experience in Python software development

•                    Experience with either Google Cloud Datastore or NoSQL Databases

•                    Strong analytical skills

•                    Knowledge of Linux/Unix-based operating systems (bash/ssh/ps/grep etc.)

•                    Desire and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

•                    Up to speed with modern software engineering: version control systems, issue tracking, build-systems (ant, maven2, etc), continuous integration, etc..

•                    Good interpersonal and communication skills
