MUST HAVE:

1.            Heavy experience with SharePoint Migrations, especially with

1.            SharePoint 2013

1.            Understanding of SharePoint architecture/topology

2.            Pulling key metrics, identifying issues and errors (and root causes)

1.            Writing efficient SQL queries

2.            SQL, STSADM, PowerShell, etc.

3.            Fixing source and target issues

1.            Views/Web parts (XML, XSLT, etc.)

2.            Metadata conversions (managed and unmanaged)

3.            Master pages, branding, forms, etc.

4.            Security

4.            Experience migrating custom solutions, InfoPath forms, workflows from SharePoint 2010 to 2013

5.            Implement Redirections

6.            SharePoint powershell experience to automate setting up of sites, stub pages, web parts, etc.

2.            Metalogix Content Matrix

1.            Deep understanding of core configurations and job management

2.            Data/Settings Transformations

3.            Metalogix PowerShell scripting

4.            Metalogix configuration and mappings

5.            Specifically - Site Structures, Templates/Branding, Permissions

3.            Experience with other Migration Tools like ShareGate

4.            Solid understanding of SharePoint backups/restores

5.            Windows Powershell experience

1.            Experience writing advanced powershell scripts to collect information from Non-SharePoint systems like Exchange Server and IIS Servers/FTP.

2.            Solid understanding of Active Directory domainsand scripts to assist with user migrations in SharePoint

1.            Experience with overall migration work/strategy

6.            Documentation of migration processes, technicalprocess, configurations, etc.

7.            Communication planning, housekeeping, training and validation activities

Dashboarding/Reporting for migration metrics

2.            SQL Server

3.            HTML/ASP/ASPX to SharePoint migrations

4.            Exchange Public folder to SharePoint migrations

5.            Working knowledge of IIS websites

6.            SharePoint Enterprise features
