Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate : $50/-hr on C2C

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
Avaya Communication Manager Core (ACM)
Avaya OneX Portal
Avaya Session Manager (ASM)

Responsibilities:-
Provide L2 support activities for Telecom infrastructure components from multiple vendors.
Extending required support for upcoming projects, provide necessary inputs and perform activities for its designimplementationdocumentation for bringing it under our purview.
Working on incident, change, problem Management processes as defined by client.
