Kronos Techno Functional Analyst
Worksite Address: Minneapolis MN
Duration: 6+ Months
Need EAD, GC, TN or Citizen Only!!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Kronos experience (3-5 years sound experience with Kronos)
Experience maintaining and configuring Kronos Timekeeper and Activities Module including paycodes, work rules and labor levels
Consultant experience in payroll or finance environment, strong client facing presentation skills
Experience as a business analyst, consultant or practitioner in a relevant industry, or with software implementations
Consultative and collaborative approach
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Work experience in database usage, SQL desired but not required
Sound requirements gathering and analytical approach
Proficient with understanding and applying technical elements
Technical training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations
Able to communicate technical concepts and issues to a non-technical audience
Ability to self-manage to deadlines and commitments
Additional Information
Looking for someone to move to Minneapolis
Likelihood to extend beyond 6 months
They use version 8 but were recently on 6.2 of Kronos WFC. Either will suffice.
