Role: Statistical Modeler

Location: Woonsocket, RI

Duration: 12 Months

 

Specific responsibilities:

• Build forecast and other prediction models for KPIs leveraging  web analytics data as well as transactional, promotional data from disparate systems.          
• Set up anomaly detection, alerts and KPI dashboards leveraging web analytics data and the prediction models.
• Analyze web analytics data, perform click-stream analysis and ad-hoc analysis to support various digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years in an analytical role with experience in web (digital) data analysis, click stream analysis, customer level analysis, methodology, trending and behavioral diagnosis with a proven track record of success and attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of Data Science techniques including, but not limited to: Data Stitching, Univariate and Multivariate Analysis, Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, Segmentation, Clustering, Bayesian Statistics, Forecasting, Anomaly detection, Boosting and Bagging, Bias corrections etc.
• Expertise with one or more big data technology and relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAS with working knowledge of extraction and manipulation of data.
• Experience with tagging technology/tag managers such as Tealium and Ensighten.

 

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative economics or related field .
