Job description:

Outlook 365 sharepoint support knowledge.

Outlook 365 sharepoint previous experience in 2013 sharepoint knowledge.

Customer and other stakeholder management.

Code investigation.

Functional analysis.

Bug fixes and testing of bug fixes (SIT).

Regression testing of patches impacting SharePoint applications.

Code promotion to SIT, UAT, and staging.

Scripts/Batch schedule maintenance.

Assessment of Change/Service Requests.

Scheduled Reporting.

L2 team will respond to production tickets raised by L1 team through Issue Tracking System.

L2 support team shall simulate issues in a DEV/SIT/UAT environment.
