I urgently need to backfill a Senior Performance Tester there. Following is the JD:

 

  *   Strong understanding of performance testing, monitoring and application management tools such as Load runner, Performance Center, SiteScope and ALM is a must.

  *   Should be proficient in working with the protocols like Web services, HTTP/HTML, JavaVuser and Ajax TruClient.

  *   Should be able to identify the test scenarios to validate the performance of key business functions.

  *   Identifying the test environment, test data and access needs.

  *   Work closely with the developers in understanding the requirements and come up with a test plan.

  *   Understanding the total integration and analysis of SiteScope, PC & ALM.

  *   Understanding and managing ALM, SiteScope and PC servers

  *   Directing objectives for change and improvement in performance and quality

  *   Strong leadership skills

  *   Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
