Position: Tech Lead

Terms (contract, contract-to-hire, direct): CTH

Duration:  6 month contract

Work Location:  Southfield

• Local candidates to Michigan
• Client will transfer an H-1
• Degree is Required
• Needs to have 7-8 years of C# or Java
• Sitecore is very much so preferred in addition to certification. If however, we cannot find this, the C# or Java is going to be key in order for them to be able to be groomed and learn Sitecore.
• The position is more technical
• Responsive design is required
• They have to know the technologies pretty well. This person is responsible for architecture and development. They will architect and then be the leader to create standards and set the right tone and direction for technology.

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of applicable work experience required; 7 years applicable experience in a Healthcare setting preferred. Preferred technical experience includes strong knowledge of state-of-the-art software engineering approaches in design, build, test, debugging problems, and ongoing technical support, and ability to articulate examples of workflows and processes associated with that experience.
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming (OOP) and design pattern/practices
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Java or C#, Web Services, MVC pattern, WCF, object oriented design and Web Frameworks
• Experience with client side browser development using JQuery, Knockout, or AngularJS etc.
• Experience integrating data from Web services and WebAPI's into presentation layer through REST, SOAP etc.
• Experience styling and response design techniques using technologies such as HTML5, LESS, Bootstrap, SASS etc.
• Experience developing applications with cloud ecosystems such as Rackspace, AWS, and Azure etc.
• Experience using diagnostic/testing tools (Dynatrace, Fiddler, Inspector, HTTP Analyzer etc.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL to query and modify the data
• Sitecore certification is a plus
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proven ability to peer review functional and technical tasks.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
