Please let me know if you have any consultant available for the below role,

Position: Java Developer
Location: Paramus, NJ
Duration: Long Term Contract(2-5 years)

***EST Side only*****

 

Focus:
Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
Create REST services (APIs) keeping micro services design pattern in mind. The services will interact with Couchbase database so familiarity with NoSQL prefered
Create Integration services to consume/process data from other systems
Create CI/CD pipeline for the above services
Create relevant documentation for each of the services
Perform Design Reviews and Code Reviews
Provide real time knowledge transfer to UPS team
Provide to UPS best practices in design/coding/testing
Provide best practices for performance tuning
Provide best practices for distributed logging and aggregating them to have appropriate instrumentation for all of the above services.
Design the services so that they can run in a JEE environment but can also be easily migrated to PaaS environment
 
Skillset Needed:
Hypermedia via HATEOAS and Spring MVC (Expert )
Spring Data (Advanced, prefer Couchbase)
Jackson (Expert level preferred, advanced acceptable)
Spring Boot (preferred)
Spring Cloud (preferred)
