Job Description:-

• Very good programming & Debugging skills with Java/J2EE, PL-SQL and Unix Knowledge

• Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills required for Production Support 

• Experience in production support is a must ( L2 and L3 support )

• Ability to turnaround to defects as per SLA / KPI 

• Good appreciation of ITIL Process 

• Experience in Banking  / Cards domain is a definite plus

• Good Communication Skills.
