Job Description for Onsite Role

1.       Profile looking for Technology Lead

2.       Primary Experience working with Microsoft FIM (Forefront Identity Manager) and ADFS

3.       Trouble shoot issues related to FIM

4.       Knowledge pertaining to Configuration, Integration and Support for Duo 2factor authentication product.

5.       User and device administration using Duo security 2FA product.

6.       Understanding of other security aspects such as identity and access management, and its integration with two-factor authentication technology.

7.       Understanding of current enterprise technologies including networking, virtualization, web applications, UNIX, Microsoft platform etc.

8.       Production Support experience – Providing L2 and L3 Support ( 16X5 )

a.       Worked on Incidents/Request and Change management process and & understanding customer SLA.
