Detail JD	Here is the JD:   Responsible for the overall technical design and delivery of data migration for Org Splits.   This resource should be well versed and have experience with various data deployment architecture and data orchestration.     This resource should be able to identify data dependences in the data and build a data deployment sequencing process and manage the data consultants performing data migration.  This resource should be experienced in data deployment orchestration using Heroku/Postgress, Jitterbit and various other data deployment tools.   Responsibilities: 1.      Development of data strategies and client data programs 2.      Validates SFDC Object Model 3.      Selection of tools and systems to meet business information needs 4.      Defines data package: definitions, models, flow diagrams 5.      Data guidance and third-party advisory services 6.      Business process analysis and data plan creation 7.      Large data volume custom solutions
