Job Location:- Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job Type:- Contract to Hire/ Full Time
Required Skills:
· Must have have at least 2 years of experience as a Service Now Administrator and experience with at least 1 full software development cycle.
· Must also have experience with development of Service Catalog, Service Requests, Incident Management, change and knowledge.
· Must have excellent experience in creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting.
· Must have good experience in customizing ServiceNow applications and facilitating rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow.
· Good experience in identifying system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
· Must be proficient in maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools.
· Good experience with ServiceNow Integration and API's Strong exposure to creating and configuring Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.
