JD:
1. Development/Production Support Knowledge – Datastage, Oracle , Control M
2. Good Communication skills
3. 7+ years of Experience on Data warehouse related projects
4. Debug any issues reported in Cognos Reports/Cubes with the help of backend sql queries.
5. Analytical Capabilities to analyze and proactively identify potential problems and make recommendations for resolution.
6. Providing on-call support for multiple applications as and when needed.
7. Ability to apply operational processes that include best practices in administrative support and production support. Ensure all processes are properly documented, accurate and up-to-date.
